Wisteria stays with one partner and Joel with the other from the first getting‑ready moment through the weekend. Additional photographers are added based on the scale of the celebration with most often a third being dedicated to spaces and design, and more for larger estates.

Collaboration with your planner
Your planner creates the rooms, pacing, and the atmosphere of each event throughout the weekend.
We step into that plan and photograph what you’ve built: the house or club, the tent on the lawn, the way guests move through it all.
With two principal photographers dedicated to you, and another dedicated to the guests, there’s no running back and forth, and the day stays cleaner and quieter.

We speak with your planner and, if you like, with you to understand the outline: events, spaces, family dynamics and any traditions or relationships that matter most. We also learn your VIPs by name and face and note any preferences about how you like to be photographed, so nothing important depends on guessing on the day.
For families who want more time, we offer pre wedding sessions for engagements, bridal portraits, boudoir and family photographs. Many choose to do a full family session a day or two before guests arrive so the wedding day itself can run lighter while still having the portraits they care about.

Kicking Off the Weekend Festivities
Long before we pick up a camera, we join your planner in understanding how the celebration should feel as it unfolds, how each moment leads into the next, and what you want people to experience in each room.
Our job is to photograph that flow without pulling you or your guests out of it. We plan for key moments and spaces in advance, then each member of our team works inside the rhythm your planner has created, so your images show a weekend that felt natural, considered, and fully taken care of.

A small set of photographs is delivered on site before the weekend ends, so you and your family see more than phone images while everyone is still together.
The full gallery follows within six weeks. Access is given to you first and we only share it with guests or publications if you ask us to.
From there, we create your album library by designing an album volume for each day of your weekend. You can review each volume, personalize the layouts and selections at no additional cost before anything is made.
Your weekend, in a single narrative
Archival Pieces
Our albums and libraries are printed on museum‑grade papers (including Hahnemühle), bound by hand, and designed to sit naturally in your home.
For the walls, we offer a small selection of fine art prints and framed pieces, produced with archival inks and papers and sized for the rooms they’re going in.
You approve every layout and selection before anything is made.
Full Wedding Days
For singular wedding days.
Comprehensive photography coverage on site, typically covering everything from getting ready to private last dance. 2 principal photographers are always with you and additional photographers are included based on the scale of the weekend.
Signature Weekend Collection
For fuller, multi‑event weekends.
Two to three days on site, usually three to four events across the weekend. 2 principal photographers are always with you, a dedicated photographer for spaces and design, and more team as needed for larger guest counts or estates.
Estate Weekend Commission
For ranches, private estates, and large‑scale weekends.
Three to four days on site for the build‑out and every hosted gathering. A bespoke team is built around your weekend, always including Wisteria and Joel with you.
Weekend commissions begin at $13,000 and vary based on date, location, guest count, and number of days/events. Inquire for a tailored proposal.
