We coordinate directly with you and your team before the weekend, suggest subtle adjustments only where they potentially help. Then our focus turns to executing your creative direction, documenting the build‑out, clean images of rooms before guests arrive, details, and the full energy once everything is in motion.

Calm presence, unhurried clients
Our guiding principle is presence over performance.
Family portraits are organized and efficient, so you stay on schedule. Couple portraits are guided in short blocks, then we return them to the floor. We do not ask for constant pulls or “one more setup” during dinner and dancing. Your clients get to waste time beautifully with their favorite people; your timeline still runs.
Design‑led coverage
A weekend of Celebrations
We include an extra team member for all of our events to get dedicated coverage of your team, vendors, and design.
Tablescapes, florals, paper, and installations are photographed with the same care as the ceremony itself, so your work is properly represented in publication‑ready images.

Our team is punctual, insured, appropriately dressed, and comfortable working with VIP and high‑profile guests. We move quietly and defer to the flow you’ve designed.

You have a direct line to us before, during, and after the event, with clear expectations, 24 hour response times and decision points.
Speed to assets
Within 24 hours, and usually onsite, you receive a small selection of polished images highlighting the overall design, key moments, and a few behind‑the‑scenes frames of your team at work. Full galleries are delivered on a timeline we confirm together in advance.
Image sharing
Vendors receive curated selections with clear usage guidelines. Credit is always given to you and the creative team in any public sharing.
While many of our commissions are full wedding weekends, we also collaborate on single‑day celebrations that share a similar level of planning and guest experience.
