Before the wedding, we walk the property with you, mark highlight moments on the timeline, and talk through any family traditions, entrances, or transitions you want featured. When a moment matters, we’re willing to do the dry runs and test passes that ensure we get the money shot.

Our guiding principle is presence over performance.
Family portraits are organized and efficient, so you stay on schedule. Couple portraits are guided in short blocks, then we return them to the floor. We do not ask for constant pulls during dinner and dancing.
When families want more extensive portraits, we can handle them in a separate pre‑wedding session, which keeps the wedding day itself cleaner and lighter for you and for them.

We approach the weekend being mindful of the flow and comfort of your couple and guests.
If an image needs to happen outside the main timeline, we’re happy to help make it happen. When possible, we capture behind‑the‑scenes of the build and your team at work and share it, because we know those assets matter for your marketing too.
For most weekends we allocate a photographer whose sole focus is to photograph the spaces and design with the same care as the ceremony itself.

Our team is punctual, insured, appropriately dressed, and comfortable working with VIP and high‑profile guests. We move quietly and defer to the flow you’ve designed.
Communication
You have a direct line to us before, during, and after the event, with clear expectations, 24 hour response times and decision points.
Speed to assets
Within 24 hours, and usually onsite, you receive a small selection of polished images highlighting the overall design, key moments, and a few behind‑the‑scenes frames of your team at work. Full galleries are delivered on a timeline we confirm together in advance.
Vendor curated galleries
Vendors receive curated selections with clear usage guidelines. Credit is always given to you and the creative team in any public sharing.
