Your wedding truly is an incredible experience, with both old and new friends from near and far joining your families to celebrate and witness your union. So how do we enhance that to be an occasion that is unrivaled with any other? By encapsulating the irreplaceable moments that cannot be directed, and pairing them with imaginative portraits worth hanging on your wall.

Family photos can run long if not done well. We set up wedding parties and family photos to be done quickly and efficiently!

Group Photos

Reality isn’t posed, so your photos shouldn’t be either. Our art direction creates flattering imagery while still depicting your best self. Giving you little modeling tips along the way to boost your confidence while we capture your effortless elegance.

Art Direction

You will get a private access, password protected client portal allowing you to easily share ideas, schedule meetings, make payments, and ask questions all for us to be on the same page. We accommodate your lifestyle, if you prefer we do creative sessions in person, on the phone or video chat, we will make it happen.

Convenience

First looks, family photos, reception reveals, table touches, and more. What runs late? How do we make up time? Know exactly what to expect by sharing your vision for your wedding day and allow us to create your first draft of a photography timeline. Then you won’t need to guess how much coverage you want from your photographer.

YOUR PRIVACY IS OUR PRIORITY

Our primary aim is to produce stunning images for you and your family, not for our social media. We have experience shooting professional athletes and individuals who are frequently in the spotlight. If your guest list includes high-profile individuals, simply let us know if you need NDAs or limited publication rights.

We schedule our arrival on location at least the morning prior to the first event we’re shooting domestically in the US. For international events we usually schedule our arrival for 2-3 days prior to the first event. This allows us to plan for delayed travel, and location scouting for the wedding and other shooting locations. Also, it allows us to get detailed shots beforehand to allow for more photos the day of your wedding.

Can I reserve you for other wedding related gatherings?

Do I need to make a "shot list" of my desired photos?

DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL OR MULTIPLE LOCATIONS?

When will you arrive at our wedding location?

Yes! We want to be a part of as much of your wedding journey as possible, including proposals! Take a look at our SERVICES page to see all the wedding events you can have documented.
While not necessary, we love to collaborate with couples and their planners who want to share their desired aesthetic with a mood board. We will also have a creative design meeting where we go over any special people, planned moments, or unique details you’d like to capture to keep us in the loop.
We learn about your destination and celebration before we discuss travel plans. After that, we will customize a quote based on the location and number of shooting days. The travel quote is then added to your selected collection, and we handle all of our own travel arrangements unless otherwise specified. Travel is not included in our initial pricing unless otherwise specified. 
Our preparation process is as convenient and low risk as possible for you, so that in the unlikely event you lose faith in our ability to deliver on our promise, you don’t feel slighted as we part ways amicably.

How do you handle Rescheduling?

What happens if it rains?

What happens if I'm not satisfied with the service?

Session reschedules are permissible if requested prior to a week before the session date (unless there is an emergency). Wedding rescheduling must be prior to 120 days before the original date, and is subject to availability.
We work in tandem with your planner to secure a solid plan for alternate locations, just to ensure we won’t need them. If finding a secondary location for photos is necessary, we will make sure that gets secured as well.

What happens if Wisteria gets sick or has some sort of emergency right before the wedding?

Leading up to a wedding, we carefully plan for any worst case scenarios. If Wisteria is prevented from being able to attend your wedding, we will do our best to arrange a replacement photographer of equivalent style—we have a network of trusted associates on standby. Alternatively, if you prefer to make your own arrangements we would return your full investment.
